“The driver picked us up from Tirana, but we waited for almost an hour because he blamed the traffic jam. I believe better planning could have avoided this delay. The Amphitheatre is still somewhat buried, and new buildings are built over it, but what is shown is impressive. Dislocated shoulder head wounds etc. This was half way through the tour. Rando went out of his way to assist at the Hospital due to the language barrier between patient and Doctors. Still waiting for a call from the Tour Operator Company to check on his health. The rest of the group had hoped to go another time to finish the tour - no follow up at all. Phone call / email would have been the right thing to do.”
